Example Case Study

A friend of ours Daniel living in the UK who suffers with stress has been writing short horror stories and has recently started to post them online at his new blog called Give You Creeps. While his focus is on the creepy and scary, yours could be on anything, he always tells us how after writing his mind feels clean, like he has released negative thoughts or pushed them out of forefront of his mind. He does not necessarily put his bad feelings onto paper, but through allowing himself to be creative in writing in his favourite genre being Horror Stories he allows himself to open a part of his mind he usually does not have time for when focusing on only on the stresses in life.
